Claude Projects turn conversational in Claude Code; waitlist still open for Pro/Max users

- Anthropic is rolling out Projects in stages: in Claude Code, Projects become a conversation—describe needs as they come and Claude splits threads, coordinates work, and reports back.
- The upgrade also applies to existing Projects in chat and Cowork.
- Per an Anthropic reply, the waitlist is still open and more Pro/Max users are being admitted as capacity allows.
