OpenAI Codex CLI ships 0.162.1 with fixes for TUI crash and startup failures

OpenAI released Codex CLI rust-v0.162.1 with two fixes:
- Fixed a TUI crash when async questions contain multiple lines, now preserving line breaks and complete hyperlink destinations
- Fixed startup failures caused by mismatches between a running background server's feature settings and CLI defaults; compatibility checks now apply only to explicit command-line overrides
