Cloudflare startup program offers up to $350k in credits across three tiers

Cloudflare for Startups gives early-stage companies up to $350,000 in one-year credits across three tiers:
- Tier 3 ($10k): bootstrapped or under $1M raised, no minimum funding
- Tier 2 ($100k): under $5M raised via an affiliated partner, plus account manager and technical sessions
- Tier 1 ($350k): $5M+ raised via an affiliated partner, with priority support and bi-weekly Solutions Architect office hours
Credits cover Workers, Durable Objects, Workers AI (up to $50k), KV, D1, Vectorize, R2 (up to $10k), Pages and Stream; core security and networking features are free at every tier.
