MaCVi maritime computer vision workshop lands at WACV 2027 with 3D sonar and underwater benchmarks

The 5th Workshop on Maritime Computer Vision (MaCVi) will be held at WACV 2027, covering perception research and robotics across underwater, surface, aerial and remote maritime environments. Beyond research papers, it hosts three benchmark challenges: Diver3D 3D sonar perception, EURS underwater restoration and segmentation, and LOOKOUT visual odometry, plus invited talks. Papers are due Oct 16, 2026, 23:59 AoE via OpenReview.
