TypeSafe AI startup Jev launches with top VC backing, called the year's biggest narrative violation
stuffyokodraws · x · 2026-10-10
Investor Jennifer Li announced the launch of Jev and published an article, "Investing in TypeSafe AI," calling it "the biggest narrative violation we've seen this year, in the best possible way." She argues the instant take-off makes sense in hindsight: with AI being incredibly useful, a mission to "return the power to builders" hits a real developer need. The post name-checks backing from a roster of prominent investors including Martin Casado, Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz of a16z.
