Starkey Unveils Omega AI+ Hearing Aids With G4 Gen AI Processor and Quad DNN

Starkey has introduced Omega AI+, the next generation of its flagship hearing platform, building on the Omega AI platform launched in October 2025.
Key changes:
- Built around Starkey's G4 Gen AI Neuro Processor and a "Quad DNN Architecture" — four specialized deep neural networks operating together in real time.
- Adds a DNN Dual Compressor designed to balance speech intelligibility with natural sound quality.
- Expands Edge Mode capabilities, adds new wellness features and Auracast compatibility.
- Extends AI-based sound processing across a broader range of hearing aid styles.
It carries forward the DNN 360 directionality system, health and wellness features and generative AI tools introduced with Omega AI.
