King's College London's official release details the joint study with Stanford: after genAI adoption, firms' total hiring rises 3.3%, with senior roles up 6.7% and junior roles down 2.5%. Based on 1.25B job ads and 158M employment records across 41 countries, adoption is defined by job ads requiring genAI skills. It's among the first internationally comparable evidence; KCL's Teeselink notes the same pattern across labor markets—fewer junior workers, more demand for seniors and computer/mathematical occupations.
