SubDGuide: modeler-inspired agentic workflow for mesh-to-SubD reconstruction
ssh4net · x · 2026-10-10
SubDGuide is a paper presenting a modeler-inspired agentic workflow for recovering sparse control cages (subdivision surfaces) from dense meshes. Stage A reads multiview geometric evidence and plans cage resolution, feature mapping, and broad fitting; Stage B inspects results, requests targeted diagnostics, and chooses repair, rollback, or stopping actions. Geometry tools execute and verify every change — the planner never generates geometry directly.
