Analyst Ben Bajarin says the Claude app is now "dare I say, better than GPT," praising its new Projects UI. He finds it notable how each AI surface makes different assumptions about how people want to work: while bots/agents enter the picture everywhere, he prefers Claude's approach of running a parallel agent for each project.
