Quality (@usequality) launched as a 'feedback layer' for teams and agents: click anywhere to comment, with each thread attaching a playback recording including console logs, network requests and user actions for full technical context. It connects via MCP to Claude, Codex, Cursor and other agents that can watch the playback and fix issues without manual explanation, and threads can be converted to Jira/Linear issues or routed to Slack.
