Indie dev releases Rei-v1, a tiny decision model for anime, coding and academic research agents

Indie developer gnukeith released Rei-v1, the first model he has trained: a small Jev-style model that makes decisions for research agents, strongest in anime, programming, and academic research.

The agent hands Rei a search result and a question; Rei answers with a probability the agent can act on — is it relevant, worth looking into, a duplicate, or does the question need fresh info? Because the model is tiny, both companies and individuals can fine-tune it easily.
