Disabled UK ChatGPT Plus user says the only model/workflow she can use is being removed October 14

A disabled ChatGPT Plus user in the UK (Audhd) posted a plea: she relies on one specific reasoning model as an accessibility tool to manage benefits issues, legal correspondence, appointments, and admin that executive-function disabilities would otherwise make overwhelming. The model/workflow is reportedly being removed around October 14; OpenAI support has known about the accessibility concern since September 25 but she has not reached a human—support bots only say "just use the newer models."
She argues technical capability isn't accessibility: pacing, tone, predictability, correction burden, and cognitive load are what make a model usable for her, and the API is no substitute given the setup burden. She fears losing all in-progress admin work in 5 days and asks whether anyone has found a real human escalation route.
