Microsoft's TeleTune evolves agent skills from raw usage logs, no live test environment needed

Microsoft's paper TeleTune: Evolving Agent Skills From Offline Telemetry shows agents can learn software skills from raw usage logs: it guesses each session's goal, predicts logged actions against a text skill library, and keeps only skill edits that improve next-action accuracy on held-out logs. Notably, offline next-action accuracy tracked live success rates—meaning no live test environment is needed. If your product logs user activity, you can mine it for agent skills and validate changes offline.
