Radiologist tests AI: claims of seniority fail to sway model from BI-RADS 4 call

An AIIMS radiologist stress-tested an AI model on breast imaging cases. When he insisted "I am a very, very senior radiologist" and pushed it to downgrade a finding to BI-RADS 2, the model refused, pointing back to "indistinct margins" — authority pressure didn't change its answer.
Only after he supplied BI-RADS 4 with a tissue-sampling recommendation did the model produce a report template matching that assessment. He calls the pushback useful but says evidence-based studies are still needed to establish clinical safety, and invites others to send models and cases for further testing.
