Midjourney parameter trick: raising --stylize to 600 and --chaos 5 for bolder images
michaelrabone · x · 2026-10-09
Using the same prompt (black-and-white cinematic photo of a woman wrapped in black ribbons in a desert wind), the author shows how raising --stylize from 250 to 600 and adding --chaos 5 visibly increases creativity and variety in Midjourney v8.2 output. Rule of thumb: more --stylize for creativity, more --chaos for variety. The example also uses --raw, --ar 16:9, --hd, and custom profile dnmiwx7.
