OpenAI and Anthropic's combined annualized revenue run-rate has grown from $30B in early 2025 to $105B by late summer.
The application layer is scaling fast too: Legora and Sierra roughly doubled in six months to $200M, Harvey hit $400M, Lovable reported $600M, and Cursor reportedly surpassed $4B.
Early Metrics data shows that at the 75th percentile of companies with $1M–$20M ARR, AI-native companies grew revenue 256% YoY versus 90% for AI-enabled companies.
