A Forbes profile digs into Figure: valued at $39B with founder Brett Adcock worth $23.4B, he claimed nearly two years ago a path to 100,000 robots across two customers in four years, but progress falls far short. Robotics event veteran kscottz says he has never seen a Figure robot in person, and that the prevailing industry view is humanoids are a bubble waiting to pop — only REK and Unitree have appreciable revenue.
