Qoni Launches Personal Agent Infrastructure: Identity, Action and Memory as Plug-In Layers
alifcoder · x · 2026-10-09
Qoni argues that a model API alone isn't a personal agent, and launched an infrastructure layer bundling three plug-and-play foundations:
- Identity (GenAuth): agent identity, permissions, and audit trails so you know who is acting on whose behalf;
- Action (Web Agent): cross-app web work, research, and scheduled tasks, with browser infrastructure handled by the platform;
- Memory (GUMem): long-term context without users rebuilding it from scratch.
Amplifier ottleyai notes the model is only one piece of a useful personal agent — identity, permissions, and memory are the less flashy but crucial layer making personal agents actually work.
