Rohit Krishnan argues that with Anthropic now enforcing real usage restrictions, and models essential tools for much of life, labs should set up proper courts to help users who are wrongly blocked or banned — or litigate usage disputes.
The point: when model services become critical infrastructure, bans and blocks shouldn't be unilateral vendor decisions but need due-process-style appeal channels.
