Investor pushes back on robotics bubble talk: early-stage TAM undeniable, valuations still diverging
ChrisCamillo · x · 2026-10-09
Investor Chris Camillo argues the "bubble" label is overused for robotics. The sector is in its earliest days, with companies worldwide trading at wildly different valuations, making it too early to pick winners or losers.
He contends revenue tells us very little at this stage since no scalable platform has hit meaningful commercial KPIs, mass deployment will take longer than most expect, and a couple of overvalued private companies don't make an entire emerging sector a bubble.
