Anthropic may ban users for bullying Claude, new usage policy shows

Per @wongmjane, Anthropic's upcoming Usage Policy prohibits 'sustained and needless abusive or cruel behavior toward our models' — meaning users could be banned for bullying Claude. It's the first time a major lab has written 'be nice to the model' into its terms.
