AI writer yourgirlhils joins Anthropic to lead its AI Fluency effort

Tech writer yourgirlhils, who spent the past year writing about AI full-time, has joined Anthropic to lead AI Fluency. She argues there's a huge gap in how people learn to use AI tools — learning AI is closer to learning to manage people than learning Excel.
Her thesis: as AI takes on execution, knowledge workers function like art directors, curating references and judging whether work meets their standard. Art schools excel at training exactly that kind of taste, so her focus is on teaching people clarity about what they want.
