Palantir CEO Karp: Sovereign enterprise AI means never leaking your data alpha
eliano · x · 2026-10-09
At ZetaLive26, Palantir CEO Alex Karp laid out his "sovereign enterprise" vision. He argued normal software is inherently "parasitic" — it forces adoption and commoditizes your data to sell to everyone else. Foundry instead aggregates all enterprise data with granular protection: share what you want, keep private what you don't. At every layer of the stack, he said, businesses can augment what's particular about themselves without surrendering that particularity — "either way, you are not leaking your alpha to everyone else."
