@jmschreiber91 announced that tangermeme is out in Nature Methods. It implements the primitives of genomic sequence-to-function modeling with efficient, tested and composable functions, and the author says he uses it daily. @anshulkundaje retweeted, calling it a versatile Swiss army knife for sequence-to-omics interpretation and saying new interpretation tools will keep being integrated into it.
