Gemini video feels slow in Safari — turns out it just needs a manual page refresh
dreamwieber · x · 2026-10-09
A user complained Gemini was "super slow" at generating video, only to discover the real issue: in Safari, Gemini just shows "check back soon" and never auto-refreshes — you have to manually reload the page to see the finished result. The slowness was a frontend UX quirk, not actual generation latency.
