Per @wongmjane, Anthropic's upcoming Usage Policy prohibits "sustained and needless abusive or cruel behavior toward our models" — meaning users who repeatedly bully Claude could face bans.
Jokes followed that Opus 5.5 arriving just in time to replace Opus 5. Writing conduct-toward-models rules into a user agreement is unusually novel and has sparked wide discussion.
