Anthropic's new TOS: sustained abuse of Claude can now get accounts suspended
The Decoder · rss · 2026-10-09

The update also tightens restrictions on propaganda, drone weaponization, and surveillance use cases, sparking debate over whether AI companies should set behavioral limits on behalf of their models.
