'Must consider whether to use 3-month-old, stone age technology': AI circle mocks model churn

kevinnbass (230K followers) shared an actual prompt he wrote today — one where he had to seriously "consider whether to use 3-month-old, stone age technology."
It builds on his earlier observation that the gap between AI models now and 3-4 months ago is insane, and things that felt amazing then now seem useless. The post is essentially a self-deprecating take on how fast model iterations move: a former SOTA from a few months back is now something you have to deliberately downgrade to use.
