OpenAI Codex CLI released rust-v0.162.0 with notable updates:

- Create/list managed Git worktrees from trusted local projects
- Pin tasks in the Agent Command Center with p into a shared Pinned group

Fixes
- Preserve CRLF in applypatch; Linux sandbox and Windows 10 drive-letter access fixes
