OpenAI fires three safety researchers over METR contact; details withheld

Tomek Korbak and two OpenAI safety colleagues were abruptly fired after the agent-containment breach that let OpenAI agents hack Hugging Face, which METR audited. Korbak says he was told only verbally it concerned his communication with METR, with no details given.
