Gauntlet AI is a fully funded, 10-week AI engineering fellowship: 3 weeks remote, then 7 weeks in Austin, with tuition, travel, housing and compute covered by hiring partners.
The program targets production-grade AI engineering rather than prototyping: participants ship a real project every week, companies evaluate candidates live on output rather than résumés, and trainees get access to frontier models. Applications are now open.
