A reposted thread lists CZ Biohub's New York pay ranges: Research Scientist, AI at $214k-375k, versus $120k-150k for Scientist I in Spatial Omics (about $93k at the postdoc level).
The poster uses the gap to mock institutions that promise heavy investment in new data modalities while paying wet-lab scientists a fraction of what AI talent commands.
