LightOn open-sources LightOnOCR-3 in 0.8B/1B/4B sizes under Apache 2.0

LightOn has released LightOnOCR-3, extending beyond plain OCR to text transcription, document layout analysis, image description and chart extraction — all in a single model.
- Three sizes: 0.8B, 1B and 4B
- All released under the Apache 2.0 license
Researchers resharing the release called it "the kind of release that leaves no choice but to use these for OCR."
