A Claude Code "Job Search OS" replaces 3-hour mass applying with 20 focused minutes a day

Aakash Gupta built a Job Search OS in Claude Code — one folder of skills — arguing that AI mass-applying (e.g. viral "Cowork applies to 50 jobs in 30 minutes" hacks) is the wrong strategy. His system: /job-fit-scorer ranks postings, resumes contain zero fabricated bullets, referrals are arranged before submitting, and a morning briefing drives the whole pipeline. Based on coaching hundreds of candidates, it targets fewer, surgically selected roles at 20 minutes a day instead of 3 hours of spray-and-pray.
