Inspired by the wave of AI-generated video games, user neuroecology tried a long-cherished idea: Claude Opus 5.5 one-shotted the game and even iterated on it itself — "honestly amazing" — but the result, in the author's words, is "boring as shit." A crisp illustration that current generated games can be built but aren't fun.
