Tesla AI lead Ashok Elluswamy praised the severe weather testing and validation team: they monitored real-time weather radar around the clock and positioned the fleet in the biggest storms they could find to verify the vehicle can operate safely in varied conditions. The Robotaxi account shared rainy driving footage, noting it is "unfazed by a little rain."
