ChatGPT mobile kicks you to GPT-5.6 after 200-msg limit, web still allows GPT-6

A user found that after hitting the 200-message limit on the ChatGPT mobile app, you get kicked off GPT-6 entirely and forced down to GPT-5.6. On the browser, however, you can still switch back to GPT-6 (xhigh). The downgrade behavior is inconsistent between mobile and web clients.
