Google launches AI Edge Foresight, a fully offline meeting transcription app for macOS

Google has released Google AI Edge Foresight, an experimental note-taking app that transcribes meetings and audio files entirely offline on macOS. It's free and runs on-device with Google's EmbeddingGemma 2 model.
Similar to Granola and Wispr Flow, Foresight summarizes meetings while providing a notes space: you jot shorthand bullets during the meeting, and the app turns them into "polished notes" based on the transcript.
