Vesta, which applies agent swarms to mortgage origination, announced a $30M Series B led by Conversion Capital with a16z and three customers participating. Revenue is up 12x this year and about 40% of tasks on the platform are already automated. The company argues the $11k/45-day mortgage origination process is obsolete and aims to originate $1 trillion of mortgages over the next 5 years.
