OpenEnv Arena: trained model scores auto-post to leaderboard, users can view others' datasets

A follow-up on OpenEnv Arena usage: once your model is trained and evaluated, scores appear automatically on the leaderboard and plot. The platform also lets you browse datasets from other users, so you can learn from the community. This is part of the launch thread for the RL environment arena.
