Three papers claiming Hodge conjecture progress withdrawn over a sign error

Three connected papers claiming to solve a case of the Hodge conjecture have been withdrawn: a sign error in one invalidated the argument and took down the other two.
The author notes subscription models could easily catch that error, and slams the rush to publish partial results on a Millennium Problem without even double-checking. LLMs are amazing tools for math, but this use is irresponsible — and given models are already benchmarked on proving big theorems, the author wonders what investors think.
