Claude Code mods go programmable; Agent Guard puts coding agents in microVMs

Claude Code is becoming far more customizable: write a few lines of TypeScript (or just ask Claude to build it) to change behavior, customize the UI, or add your own features. Mods ship as plugins installable via /plugin, turning Claude Code into a programmable AI coding environment.

The post also cites @JozuAI's Agent Guard: since most people run Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex in YOLO mode — an agent with your SSH keys, browser sessions, and whole home folder approving its own tool calls — Agent Guard runs each agent in its own microVM that only sees mounted folders, checks every tool call and network request against a policy, offers an instant network kill switch, and logs decisions to a tamper-proof audit log even offline. One command to install.
