Goldman Sachs argues Palantir's TAM may be set up for another step-function change in depth, driven by the shift to sovereign AI, bespoke applications, and Palantir's newer verticalization strategy. The bank also notes the FDE model is more than hiring field engineers—it requires tight feedback loops between field and product, which Palantir has perfected to the point of automating via AI FDEs.
