Why traditional enterprises may benefit most from AI adoption

Blogger FuSheng argues against the default assumption that AI transformation is mainly for internet companies. Traditional enterprises, he says, may gain more: their core production processes and equipment are similar, so long-term competition comes down to 5–10% differences in operational efficiency — exactly the gap AI can amplify. Expertise once locked in individuals' heads can now be turned by domain experts themselves into AI tools and scaled across entire departments.
