CrowdStrike Links Korean Bank Hacks to ARTEX and Claude Code Sessions

CrowdStrike has connected a cyberattack targeting at least nine South Korean banks to a tool called ARTEX and Claude Code sessions. According to its findings, a 26-year-old suspect allegedly used AI tools in the attack, while Claude Code session logs ended up exposing personal details about the attacker, providing forensic clues. Attribution remains unconfirmed.
