Ben Affleck's tensor explanation praised as clearest yet, says he writes his own Python scripts

In GQ's One More Question interview, Ben Affleck delivered one of the clearest short explanations of a tensor: the numbers behind an image — batch, frame, and RGB values of every pixel — with CNNs finding patterns like edges so software knows where, say, a window ledge sits, making green screen replacement easier.
Affleck says ML has been part of VFX workflows for years and he writes his own (self-described rough) Python scripts, knowledge picked up running a small VFX company before co-founding Artists Equity. The author calls it a great mental model and suggests loading your own photo as a tensor.
