Indie dev launches Liveloop: a real-time AI canvas that edits running apps by voice without reload
Beneficial-Cow-7408 · reddit · 2026-10-08
A Reddit user unveiled Liveloop, part of their new Sary-OS platform: an AI canvas that builds and edits apps via voice or text in real time.
- Hot patching: generated games, landing pages, and 3D scenes can be modified on the fly with no reload or redraw — camera and player state persist
- Auto context handover: at 82% context usage the system prepares a handover to a new thread invisibly, regardless of model
- Multi-model setup: GPT-6.1 Sol (128k context) handles generation; after weeks of testing the author found Gemini 3.1 Pro best at reading image/video/audio references, so it serves as the "Asset Manager"
- Extras: up to 5,400 saved states per project, two-way interruptible realtime voice, MCP connector, Git integration, cloud sync across devices
The demo used a 1,000-line prompt to build a 3D game from 20+ Meshy models — it failed on the first try and succeeded after tweaks.
