Kare: an on-prem GitHub Copilot gateway on Arduino VENTUNO Q with dynamic Qwen/Copilot/Foundry routing
unixterminal · x · 2026-10-08
Developer unixterminal shipped a work-in-progress project, Kare: a .NET AI router/orchestrator gateway built for the Arduino VENTUNO Q (Arm).
- Exposes an OpenAI-compatible endpoint for GitHub Copilot
- Runs Qwen locally, dynamically routing to GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Foundry when tasks are too big, risky, or expensive for the local model
- Supports caching, global skills, and MCP servers
- MIT-licensed on GitHub, still early stage
