Fat LTO cuts CLI size ~15% but builds 16% slower with 29% more memory

A developer shares real numbers from a WebUI project: switching from Thin to fat LTO (with codegen-units=1 already set) shrank the CLI binary 15%, at the cost of 16% longer clean builds and 29% higher peak build memory. Per Codex, codegen-units=1 sacrifices intra-crate parallelism but reduces total work in the fat-LTO step.
