In an interview with Sriram Krishnan, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella tackled the question of agent liability: when an agent makes a purchase on your behalf, who is responsible?
Nadella argued that while the industry should build protocols, the ultimate answer will come from the market — insurers will price the risk of agents acting on a user's behalf.
